As a mom of two young boys, founder Amy Crouse saw an opportunity to create the kind of neighborhood toy store she wanted for her own family — a place where parents can discover special toys and gifts, children are encouraged to play and explore, and families genuinely enjoy spending time together. Giggles combines the nostalgia and personal service of a beloved neighborhood toy store with the energy, design and convenience today's parents want.

Amy brings more than 15 years of brand-building and consumer marketing experience, including leadership roles with Fortune 50 retailers and some of the world's most recognizable brands. Her background includes helping launch products, create compelling consumer experiences, build brands, and understand what turns customers into loyal advocates. Giggles brings that experience together with her perspective as a mother and longtime Atlanta resident to create a modern, highly curated destination for toys, birthdays, gifts and childhood experiences in the heart of Downtown Alpharetta.
